LPAT to conduct settlement hearing on October 15. Depending on the settlement, and the LPAT’s decision upon it, the new commercial & mixed-use zoning could be put into force-and-effect expect for a few site specific appeals.

Negotiations continue between the City and appellants to reach agreements. Appellants continue to work among themselves to organize the case issue list, primary appellants, and “sheltering of appeals”.
Next Prehearing date requested no earlier than July.
