The Heritage Permit Review Sub-Committee will review six permit applications:
- Auchmar – exterior facade repairs and cleaning
- 374-376 Mountsberg Road, Flamborough – two storey rear addition, one storey side addition with balcony on the roof.
- 1020 Beach Boulevard – construction of a two-storey single-detached on a vacant lot.
- 27 Chilton Place, installation of storm windows in a heritage district (Durand-Markland)
- 35-43 Duke Street, Sandyford Place – Masonry testing of the exterior wall cladding.
- 2 Victoria Street, Dundas – replacement of part of roof in a heritage district (Cross-Melville HCD)
