I’m following up on the bus lane report with Chad Collins who is moving a motion to end the bus lane, and will interview Terry Whitehead about his statement on CHCHNews last night that the staff report is bias “I’ve never believed for a moment that the individuals that have been involved in developing this report have been objective. I think they went with the mindset that this is the best thing to do and they try to justify it.”
