There is a new set of dates for the Ontario Land Tribunal to hear planning arguments regarding the redevelopment of the Chedoke Browlands at 801, 820, 828, 855, 865, and 870 Scenic Drive.
Valery Homes seeks to build 630 residential units on the former hospital lands.
The latest Ontario Land Tribunal memo regarding the file states the parties are in mediation to further scope the Issues List for the contested hearing.
“The Parties assured the Tribunal that a new Procedural Order and Issues List will be presented for consideration at the next CMC,” reads the memo.
The new Case Management Conference will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2023.
A 12-day hearing is now set to begin on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
