290 new ground-oriented housing units are approved for 806 and 884 Barton Street in Stoney Creek.
The Ontario Land Tribunal approved a settlement agreement between the City of Hamilton and Losani Homes which allows the development to proceed.
Losani filed a non-decision appeal against the City of Hamilton, bypassing a public City Council hearing to go direct to the Board.
Losani initially sought to build 324 housing units.
