The City of Hamilton’s Planning and Economic Development held a public lecture on “The When, Where and How of Tall Buildings in Hamilton” on Monday, October 30, 2017 at the McMaster Downtown Health Sciences Campus.
Renowned planner and urban designer Ken Greenberg discussed urban design and community planning for higher density development and integration of tall buildings into Hamilton’s Downtown and other neighbourhoods across the City.
Hamilton’s Chief Planning, and Director of the City’s Planning Division, Steve Robichaud spoke about the City’s new Tall Building Guidelines and Downtown Secondary Plan.
Following their presentations, Greenberg and Robichaud took questions from the audience.
