The Public Record will record this event.
The Useful Knowledge Society of Hamilton is hosting a talk on, you guessed it by the title, getting ready for intensification.
The event will discuss how Hamilton should plan and prepare for an expected growth of 250,000 new residents during the next 35 years.
Speaking are Richard Harris of McMaster University providing “an historic overview of housing development along with a profile of Hamilton’s neighbourhoods” and architect/planner John van Nostrand who will “will invite the community to consider the possible impacts and opportunities of growth and intensification”.
