Hamilton Police report the missing senior was found on the morning of Sunday, December 6, 2015 and is safely back with his family.
 
Hamilton Police are seeking the public’s assistance finding a missing senior last seen around 8 p.m. Saturday night when he left his lodging home in the area of Main Street and Fairfield Avenue in the area of the Queenston Traffic Circle.
Al Bonenfant, 77, speaks both English and French and is diagnosed with dementia, say Hamilton Police. Police say he is “known to wander and may not be aware of his surrounding”.
He is described as:

  • Male white
  • 5’ 8” in height
  • grey hair and glasses
  • wearing a grey jacket with red and white stripes, a black sweater and jeans

Police are asking anyone with information about Mr. Bonenfant or his whereabouts to contact the Division 2 Staff Sergeant at 905-546-2963.
