The written Ontario Land Tribunal decision following the June 29, 2023, Case Management Conference for the Jamesville project is now posted to CanLII.

The ruling includes information to observe the September 8, 2023, follow-up Case Management Conference.

As reported here in June:

The four sides are still discussing the issues brought forth by CN. No issues list was presented to the Tribunal today, with all parties requesting a second hearing date while stating they will conduct settlement talks during July and August.

The four parties will update the Tribunal at the next CMC.
