The Local Planning Appeal Tribunal will organize the remaining site-specific appeals of Hamilton’s new Commercial Mixed-Use Zoning during a Case Management Conference on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 as only three site specific appeals remain:
- 82-112 King Street East;
- 64 Main Street East; and
- 206-208 King Street West
The City and over two dozen other appellants have reached settlements and the new CMZ is in full force and effect across Hamilton with the exception of these properties.
