The City is receiving $32,918,072 from the Province and Federal governments for improvements to the City’s water distribution and treatment infrastructure. The City is planning 16 projects totaling $43,890,763, meaning the funds from higher levels of government account for 75% of the budget.
The projects are city-wide. The most expensive is $10,500,00 to rehabilitate and repair 400 metres of the Mountain Trunk Storm Sewer.
